How to use our service to increase Revenue:

Our services were created with Revenue (both ours and yours) in mind. The following outlines a typical usage of our system by a law firm with 200 trademarks in their client portfolio and it assumes a 10% monitoring ratio:

First Method:

Trademark calendaring / docketing cost per year = $225 per month X 12 months = $2,700 per year due to MarkTend
Monitoring costs for 10% of calendared trademarks = $249 per trademark per year X 20 trademarks = $4,980 per year due to MarkTend

Total cost due to MarkTend = $7,680 per year.

Most of our firms resell our service under our White Label Program for between $500-700 per trademark per year.
Total revenue due to law firm from clients = $600 X 20 trademarks = $12,000 per year.

Total net profit/loss from offering the MarkTend service = $4,320 profit.

Second Method:

Trademark calendaring / docketing cost per year = $225 per month X 12 months = $2,700 per year due to MarkTend
Monitoring costs for 10% of calendared trademarks = $249 per trademark per year X 20 trademarks = $4,980 per year due to MarkTend the cost of the service is passed directly to the client of the law firm with no markup

Law firm reviews the weekly PDF Monitor reports from MarkTend and bills 0.2 hours for the review.
Total revenue due to law firm from clients = 0.2 hours X 52 Weeks X $350 per hour X 20 trademarks = $72,800 per year.

Total net profit/loss from offering the MarkTend service = $70,100 profit.
